"Brooklands Ward on a road to nowhere"

About: Worthing Hospital

Anything else?

My husband and I are young 70 year olds and do not like to be thought of as "geriatics" My opinion of Brooklands is like a road to nowhere at the very end of the line. Not at all welcoming (got told off for being 20 minutes early so I offered to go away) The door outside room 4 does not shut properly so clicks incessantly and the staff gave little eye contact or smiled. Not at all welcoming as a patient or a visitor (wife)
