"I was terrified of having general ..."

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was terrified of having general anesthetic but was made unaware it was being done until I woke up having had the hysteroscopy. Top marks for cleanliness, a successful operation and for staff helping me to feel comfortable. I was so pleased, I have decided to travel in order to be treated there again. Having all women on the wards is another added bonus for me.

What could be improved

Only the car parking which is insufficient for the number of patients attending. I'd advise anyone to turn up an hour early in order to drive round the carpark waiting for a space to become available, or to book an early appointment time.

I realise that you posted your comments a long time ago and I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding but I wanted to say many thanks for your lovely comments, they are much appreciated.

Over the years the Trust has done a lot of work in response to patient feedback about parking, many changes have been made and hopefully the situation is now much improved
