Having called Falmouth hospital from Yorkshire on behalf of our daughter (who is studying in Cornwall) I spoke with a very understanding and helpful lady who went out of her way to ensure that our daughter was given timely and appropriate attention to her medical needs. It is reassuring to know that the NHS and Falmouth hospital in particular have understanding medical carers like them. We cannot thank people like them enough, they are a credit to the NHS. From a very grateful mum and dad.
