Recently took my daughter to A&E. Staff in children's department were brilliant, couldn't fault. My review is to do with the lady on reception. She was rude, dismissive and really didn't make a good impression.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with some aaspects of your visit however I was sorry to read about the attitude of the receptionist and I have shared this comment with the Head of Nursing for the ED so she can discuss it with the relevant team

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
