"The outcome wasn't overly positive"

About: New Cross Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Dr was polite, however he didn't read my notes prior to me going in, and so I had to explain all my medical history.

The outcome wasn't overly positive, as when I went home and looked on the NHS website, the information was different to what I was given.

I now have to go back to my doctors and start again.
