"I feel that the sessions benefited me in many ways"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I was referred to Inclusion Matters by my GP. I feel that the sessions benefited me in many ways. The course work was interesting and led me to do further research.

Before I met my counsellor I didn't know what to expect and I was anxious. Within minutes of meeting my counsellor, Ian, I was put at ease.

From the first session until the last, Ian was compassionate, insightful, patient, helpful, non-judgemental and encouraging. He was always ready to support me but also knew how to direct me towards the right steps to take.

I am very grateful for the help and care I have received.

I hope that Inclusion Matters will help many more people.

Dear Nearby805

Thank you so much for this great feedback, I will ensure it is passed on to Ian.

It is understandable that most people are anxious before coming to their first appointmnet particularly, and I am sure that anyone who may be feeling this way will be reassured by reading about your experience.

It is good to know that you found the information helpful to the extent that you have carried this on by doing your own research.

Thanks again for taking the time to post your comments and I wish you all the very best for the future.

Kind regards

Heather
