"Friendly and professional staff, swift care"

I was 'unlucky' enough to be a guest of the A&E department at Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust on a Saturday afternoon.

The care was swift, effective and compassionate. The staff were friendly and humorous, though retaining a professionalism that was followed through to the standard of care - which was excellent.

I was seen within 25 minutes, was communicated to at every step about what would happen and left approximately 2 hours after arriving.

Though (for obvious reasons) not keen to return, should I need to I would not worry about the service I would get from the staff at Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust and would recommend the hospital to friends and family.
