This was my first visit to the Cobalt Treatment Centre and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The patient pack I received before my appointment was clear and informative. The receptionist was very welcoming and the service throughout felt personal and un-rushed which put me at ease. I think the fact that the centre is quite small and also the free parking makes it a less intimidating experience as you do not have to find your way around a large, busy hospital. The clinic was running behind but I was informed that there would be a short delay to my appointment time. Everything was explained to me clearly by the nurses as we went along and the doctor I saw had a friendly, caring and unhurried manner. All areas I encountered were immaculate. I will be happy to return to the Cobalt Treatment Centre in the future.
