"Victor Bonney ward"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

Anything else?

I went in for an operation at the gynaecology ward at hammersmith hospital.. On the morning that I presented for the operation, I arrived at Victor Bonney ward at 6.30am.. On arrived to the ward, the nurse in charge was very unhelpful and rude. When my partner and arrive at the nurses station to report that I was there for an operation, she made it clearly that we were bothering her.., she ignored us for more than 5minutes.., then said she doesn't know about the admission. She didn't bother to look at the admission list.. Eventually when she got around it, She then lead us to a bay and ignored us.. Didn't explain anything... It was very frightening experience especially the morning of my operation. I feel like leaving and coming back home.., I couldn't stop crying after that nurse did that to us.. However, I must say after the operation I was well looked after by the other nurses and never got to the horrible nurse afterwards..
