"Appalling experience trying to contact"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

Anything else?

Having received 5 letters regarding my appointment, all for different dates and times, it has proved impossible to contact the dental hospital on any of the numbers provided to clarify which is correct. There is no messaging service, nor person at the other end. No answering at all. Absolutely appalling customer/ patient experience so far and I've not had the treatment yet!! I am not filled with confidence at all. I have telephoned my own dentist's receptionist who will continue to try and contact them on my behalf. Disgraceful.
