My grandmother was treated in a and e this evening and although she was waiting for hours for results, she was treat with dignity and respect. A nurse was attentive, caring and very patient with my 91 year old grandmother. I was very impressed with this young nurses happy and friendly attitude despite being extremely busy. Refreshing to see. Thank you. X
