In October 2013 I attended accident and emergency at North Tees hospital with a dislocated shoulder. The staff were amazing, attentive and supportive.

I was in a lot of pain on my own and the staff couldn't have been better. I was dealt with very quickly, any minor delays were explained and apologised for and every stage of my treatment was explained.

A special mention to the nurses and assistants, especially Deanne who stayed with me throughout. I will be eternally grateful for all that was done for me.
