"Learning how to handle situations differently "

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

Following the recent death of my husband, the hardest thing for me to try and cope with were the unexpected family issues that arose, so instead of having their support, I was left in a state of turmoil.

My doctor gave me the necessary information about inclusion matters and I had a couple of weeks to think about it. At first I was very dubious about how they could be of much help in the given situation, so thanks be to God for proving me wrong.

Although I am in my seventies (you are never to old to learn) I am now able to handle the situation very differently from before, because I now understand the importance of being more assertive, and I have a new found confidence in myself.

Many thanks

P. S a big thanks to Krystena, you did your job well, I learned a lot from each session.
