Anything else?
I have had multiple blood tests here. The last male nurse was competent but unfriendly. The female nurses I have seen are marvellous: quick, conscientious and pleasant. It makes this chore a pleasure.

As you say, having regular blood tests is something of a chore, so seeing that our phlebotomists (in the main) make this as easy and straightforward a process as possible is good to see. We know that the team at Hertford County will enjoy reading your feedback.
