"Appaling care by one staff member"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / Maternity

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was treated appallingly, a full complaint was done. The woman is not fit to be around pregnant women appalled by her this was of August this year. Told my daughter go sleep in here, if u need a poo sit on this sick bowl on a chair! This was on Drayton ward, my daughter was fully dilated, treated her terrible and made us feel like we shouldn't have been there.

On entering delivery she was laughing smugly as she banged her up every piece of corridor to the lift, unreal in delivery, the midwife was shocked she hadn't took my daughter down.

I was very sorry to read of your unhapiness and your daughter's treatment. If you had not already done so, my advice would have been that your daughter makes a complaint by writing to the Chief Executive, Mr K McGee.

If I can be of any further help please contact me,via the Patient Advice and Liaison Service,on
