I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the endoscopy unit of Warwick hospital. On entering the unit I felt that I was in safe hands due to the professionalism & reassuring nature of the staff. I was left with no doubts about the procedure I was having done, which I was quite nervous & worried about due to losing my father to osophageal cancer several years ago. The staff carrying out the endoscopy were brilliant & made what could have been a quite traumatic experience a comfortable one. It is heartwarming to experience such professionalism & caring in a time when all that the NHS seems to receive is criticism. Once again thank you for all your fantastic work.
