My broken ankle was fixed elsewhere but the follow-up care I received at Guy's and St Thomas's was excellent. The clinics were well run and the reception staff very helpful under very pressured conditions. There were a number of stages so the overall visits were lengthy but usually well coordinated. Only one problem when a 2-hour wait for a porter was only ended by a nurse wheeling me to the exit herself. Overall the care was responsive to my needs and I was listened to. Thank you to the whole team on both sites
