I am seen as a person in this hospital... In a peaceful atmosphere where everyone is busy treating people, talking and smiling I have learnt how to manage my health. There is no stress, I am listened to ! And involved in my health decisions. It seems when I speak to other patients, that they feel the same as I, that for the first time some one is listening and involving them in treatments. A hospital I feel I can trust ...and I do ... This manner of treating integrated medicine is part of getting better surely, where trust and confidence is built, must save the NHS lots of money. Oh brilliant cafe too :-)
