What I liked

I attended the eye unit twice in recent months. My experience was what I had hoped for. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The Senior staff were very professional, one was very courteous and gave a running commentary on what the treatment was for,and what I should expect. Another, was efficient but could have been less aloof but this is not really worthy of a complaint. Thanks to all for your help.

What could be improved

A more accurate appointments system. Whilst I appreciate urgent cases may take precedent there can be a lot of time spent waiting around. A comment not a compaint.
