What I liked

Iam currently still under the care of the doctor at Withington Community Hospital and the care that they and their staff give to me are excellent my Epilepsy is well controlled and even though i live in North Wales now i still make the trip back to his clinic every year. i wasnt very happy when i was in Paediatric Neurology but since i have moved up to Adults 3 years ago i feel my time at the hospital is stressful and the environment of the new hospital is very 1st class

What could be improved

Paediatric neurology clinics need to be less stressful for the children

Thank you very much for your comments. I will ensure that these are passed on to our Directorate Manager for Paediatrics. It is very important that we focus on improving services for young adults who are in the transitional stage of their care and moving into adult services. I am sorry that you found this environment stressful, we would welcome any further feedback from you about how we can improve this environment.
