I left a review a few days ago about my disappointing visit to Leighton hosipital on the Friday, due to my letter and notes being misplaced. I was not looking forward to having to ring and try to arrange another appointment, so I was suprised and relieved when a letter came through the post on Tuesday with a new appointment for me to attend the clininc on Friday. The two days could not have been more different! I can't fault anything about my second visit. I was sent for an X-ray immediately with virtually no waiting when I got there. On my return to the clinic I was seen by the Dr straight away who apologised about what had happened last time. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, I was even told not to pay for my parking and was let off the site for free! Although last week was a horrible day, it's nice to know that incidents like mine are few and far between, and when things do go wrong the hospital go to great lenghts to put things right.
