"Excellent hospital"

Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback following your husband and your recent experience when recently attending at our Hospital. Although the information is limited, I was pleased to note that you feel your husband was seen quickly and attended to by appropriate staff in a timely manner. If you would like to expand on this experience, we are currently undertaking a project whereby patients, family members of carers come in to hospital and discuss their experience (either positive or negative) with me and with consent, this discussion is recorded onto a DVD and utilised in staff training and various other ways. if you feel this might be something you would like to do, then please contact me on Derby (01332) 786636 and we can discuss this further.
