"I don't know if 500 words ..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

I don't know if 500 words is enough, but here goes:

The whole package of care my mother received at Ward A6 of the hospital was excellent. All aspects of professional care had been given by every member of staff, who gave 100% all the time.

The attention to detail was such that it went beyond the call of duty. An example is my mother had difficulty eating certain foods and was given the option to have the food she wanted by the catering team.

Anything that was asked was no trouble, and the efficiency in organising my mothers package of after care was truly amazing, even to the point where our local pharmasist was contacted and arrangements made to continue my mothers complex precription.

I would also like to mention the McMillan team who played a very effective role in securing the care package with Manchester Council, and organising the medication which has allowed my mother to live more comfortably. I will be writing a separate thanks to their organisation.

The hospital environment was very clean, bright and had easy access in and around the the wards and building.

I rate Wythenshawe Hospital as excellent, we now hope that when ever we need hospital care, that the standards of service my mother recieved would still be in place.

Kind Regards

Maroulla

Thank you very much for your positive comments. I will ensure that this feedback is given to ward A6.
