I visited the general surgery outpatients today and had a very good experience, the two ladies on reception where very useful and helped me to update my details, after a short wait we were informed about a delay with the appointment times by the ladies on reception, i was seen by a registar who was lovely and very helpful with my concerns and helped put my mind at rest, i was seen very quickly after that for a blood pressure check, the only thing i would improve is that blood tests could be done after 5pm..
