"the patience shown on ward a6 ..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

the patience shown on ward a6 when I was on the wrong ward, was amazing. time spent finding the right ward and location of someone for me was very comforting.

It was Sat 9th Feb. the nurse dealing with me should be commended.

the lady taking orders for meals on assessment ward next to a & e had a very pleasant manner and very patient.

What could be improved

the tea trolley on the assessment was under the control of a very nice friendly lady who does a great job. But the trolley, and the tea utensils left a lot to be desired.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. I will ensure that this is passed onto ward A6.

I will also ensure that your comments about the utensils on the Medical Asessment Unit are forwarded to the Matron for the area.
