Anything else?
I accompanied my 91 year old mother-in-law to the dermatology clinic for some photodynamic therapy (to treat Bowens disease) The nurse was efficient, understanding and warm. We was treated with respect, the procedures explained all the way in common sense language. I accompanied my mother in law as she has some hearing loss and doesn't always know the right questions to ask - mainly because people rush through information without checking she has understood etc. There was a 15-20 min delay - this was written up on the white board - so we all knew. I would have no hesitation in recommending this department and if she wants would feel confident that she could attend appointments on her own and be treated well. Thanks for the good service
"Excellent service"
