"Eye appointment cancelled on multiple occasions"

About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

My optician spotted a problem with my eye and wrote a letter to my doctor.

A subsequent appointment was made at the eye hospital.

This has been cancelled by the Eye Infirmary on multiple occassions
