"Worker took time to explain things and made me feel at ease"

My experience today was far less painful than I thought it would be.

The member of staff (Claire) who dealt with my appointment was very friendly and extremely happy. She took time to explain things and made me feel at ease, and more importantly she never made me feel like a second class citizen.

What a lovely person.
