(as the patient),

I have a tumour in my bladder, and have been receiving preventative treatment on and off recently.

The care I’ve received has been absolutely great. The procedures I’ve had are very personal, and involve liquid being passed through my bladder. The nurse treated me with consideration and was wonderful.

I have no complaints and I’m very happy with the hospital.
