once again awful treatment by Basingstoke hospital I had an appointment to see a dr in the fracture clinic and I forgot when the apt was for so I phoned to find out when I need to attend and was told 16 Oct at 14.20. I got there at 13.50 to find that the apt was for the previous day the 15 Oct at 14.20. well that's it I am going to see my GP to see if there is any action I can take as I have had it
