My mother was sent to the A&E department following complications following a knee replacement operation. Since returning she has been very tearful and last night she confided in me that she was treated very cruelly, without respect and total humiliated at the hands of a doctor and nurse while there. She has been left traumatized and has been crying on and off for days. Shocking treatment by the A&E Department Doctor and nurse on Thursday 10th October.
