What I liked

I would like to thank all the nursing Staff on Ward F11, they were amazing. The Patience she should with my dad was beyond believe. The ward was clean and the cleaning staff were always about which you don't see in many hospitals these days. Once again a really big thanks to all the staff

What could be improved

More nursing staff on the wards, sometimes they were so short staffed and trying to look after so many patients i felt sorry for them.
