"I couldn't fault in anyway the excellent treatment "

About: New Cross Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was initially disappointed not to be referred to Princess Royal, Telford, as this would be more local to me. I have to arrange my own transport cost etc.

But having said that, I couldn't fault in anyway the excellent treatment given to me by the staff at New Cross from the moment I arrived for my appointment.

They were kind and caring and explaining the procedure. Having seen the doctor appointed, a real gentlemen who treated me with respect and carefully listened to the questions I asked along with satisfactory answers.

There was no waiting, I was seen on time plus going along for blood tests again no waiting.

All in all I gave my experience 100%. Thank you very much! !

We are very happy to hear that your experience at New Cross Hospital has been a very positive one.

We note your disappointment with not being able to be seen at your local hospital. Unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over waiting times for local hospitals/community clinics. Where possible we will always offer alternative providers who can offer shorter waiting times and we are pleased that New Cross provided you with excellent care in this instance.
