"shambles!"

My mother was taken there when she broke her hip, and from start to finish it was a shambles! my mother is 90, and on several occasions her buzzer was out of her reach and on several occasions when it was near her, it was not answerd for up to a half hour! i contantly had to ask on her behalf. When they did attend to her, they left dirty sheets and pads by her bed!!! The doctors didn't seem to know what was going on half the time! giving us miss information, I found my mother to be uncared for on many occasions and meanwhlie a nurse was sat at a station paiting her nails!!! i was never so glad to get my mum out of that place. God help anyone who has no one to look out for them.
