My stay was absolutely perfect, and all the teams I interacted with were very kind, professional and efficient. It was very nice to be treated as a person and not just a bed number, very pleased with the individualised care I received. Admittedly there was a bit of a hiccup with the original appointment times but this was swiftly resolved between the PALS and booking teams. I would be happy to recommend this unit!
