I had a nocturnal panic attack two nights ago and asked someone to call 999. The ambulance arrived in about ten minutes. Absolutely amazing people, helped me acknowledge I was in no danger and talked to me to help me calm down. Very few would have done the same in their places. They even offered to take me to the hospital for a short counselling session regarding my anxiety and depression. 10/10 !
