What could be improved

I have to agree with the comments about parking availability in the maternity/antenatal car park- even arriving 20-30 minutes before my appoinment time I have had to book in late due to a chronic shortage of parking spaces in the area. Surely this not only impacts on patient experience but on waiting times, appointment schedules, etc? Could parking during 'clinic times' not be restricted to patients only? Visitors to maternity could perhaps be directed elsewhere at these times? Also, if the bays were more clearly marked, there would be fewer instances of people taking up a car width and a half of space, and preventing another car from parking...

Perhaps if patients arrive less stressed the staff and patient experience would be more pleasant...
