14/10/2013 I attended the day ward today & from the moment I entered the hospital I was spoken to very pleasantly and helpful, the cleanliness was also of a high standard. On my arrival on the day ward the staff were great, the anaesthetist & consultant came to see me also very pleasant. When I was taken down to theatre all the staff were caring & jolly really put you at ease, the same when I was in recovery. Upon discharge everything was done speedily including medication.
