I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I am petrified of all aspects of hospitals and treatment. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the Doctor was truly amazing… how Doctors should be. They really helped be through my anxiety and were there for me as an individual, treating the patient as well as illness. I can’t fault a single aspect of my trip to A&E and thank you all for everything

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to get in touch and let us know just how well your trip to the Lister's emergency department went for you recently. As you may have noticed, the department is in the middle of a rebuilding programme that doesn't finish until this time next year. This means that our staff have to cope with all this disruption and change, whilst also ensuirng their patients continue to receive top qulaity care. Which is why we know they will be delighted to read your feedback, which is on its way to them now. Thanks again and we hope that you're now feeling a lot better.
