What could be improved

Waiting times. I was kept waiting one hour for a 4 o'clock appointment, only seeing the doctor at 5 o'clock. There was then actually no need to see the doctor as the blood samples that were taken at 4 o'clock would not be ready for several weeks. Also, an appointment which should have been made six months previously, for a bone scan, had not been made and this process had to be "started again".
