I attended the clinic in July 2013. A mole on my nose was described as 'suspicious' The options I had were clearly explained to me. After I had collected my prescription, I still had a query and one of the nursing staff very kindly and patiently answered it. A couple of phone calls I made to the department were dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. My follow up appointment was 9.40 last Wednesday. I arrived at 9.20 and was called in immediately due to a cancellation. I saw the doctor who was very kind, informative and thorough. I was on my way home before my appointment time! Thank you all so much
