(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had to receive her first filling today at Sandgate Dental Practice. She was incredibly nervous (tears). The Dentist Mrs Florescu was fabulous with her. She took her time to put her at ease and explained every stage of the treatment. Wonderful care and treatment.

Thank you for sharing your positive experiences with one of Ayrshire and Arran's dental practices. I will pass this to our Primary Care Directorate who work closely with independent medical and dental practices as I know they will be eager to share this feedback with the Sandgate Dental Practice.

We are learning as a Health Board about how best to support and encourage the use of Patient Opinion across Ayrshire and Arran. I would be interested to know more about where you learned of Patient Opinion and the opportunity to use this site to share feedback on the visit to the dental practice.
