About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I need to express my sheer delight with the staff who dealt with me today in the Audiology Department.

Excellent service and everything was so well explained. I was made to be so at-home and able to ask all the questions which were on my mind.

There was a "placement" student present and she looks like being a credit to her future Audiology Department.

I was made to feel so much at-home, I was sorry to be leaving.

Well done Audiology and the NHS
