Anything else?
I have recently moved into the area, and made contact with the Jubilee Dental Centre at St Richard's on a Saturday morning, having been kept awake all night by toothache. The receptionist answering the phone was extremely helpful, offering me an appointment within a couple of hours. They were flexible enough to allow me to book the last appointment of the morning so that my son wouldn't have to miss his swimming lesson as a result of my predicament. They also gave me excellent directions on how to find the dental centre, to be sure that I would know exactly where to come when I got to the site. I was seen promptly at the time I booked, no waiting. The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and curteous. I was prescribed 5 days of antibiotics, which thankfully cleared up the pain on the 5th day of taking them! I was also given advice on how to manage the pain in the meantime. The dental nurse suggested a couple of places where I could take my prescription, which was very thoughtful of them with me being new to the area. I was also given advice on how to get on how to get on waiting lists for local NHS dentists. I was told that 3 months is not an unusual waiting time, but the dentist at the Jubilee Centre assured me that I could come back to them if the antibiotics didn't sort out my toothache. I feel that all times I was treated as an individual and with the utmost care and respect. The service was very slick and efficient.
