The waiting time is forever. Customer service is the worse I can think of. I was waiting at the reception on urgent care section which been told by main reception. I waited at the reception for 25 min as no one was bothered to be there or help. After 25 if waiting I was told by the receptionist that I am at the wrong place. Then been to the right place. Seen patients been waiting for hours. A patient was lien on the floor for pain but no staff was offering any help. Someone approached the reception to notify the situation but they responded that he is still in a queue. I felt that anything could happen to him. But how cruel is this hospital as no care is provided. I been to many other hospital but never seen something like this.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am very sorry that you had a poor experience of our Emergency Department. Unfortunately the department is under intense pressure at the moment, which means that people sometimes have to wait much longer than we would like. We ensure that people are seen in order of clinical need. However, this is no excuse for poor care or communication, and I will be personally passing on your comments to the department.
