My 91 year old mother has just had another eye test at the Ophthalmology unit. She always dreads these but the member of staff who dealt with her was just wonderful. He took time to explain everything he was doing, was patient with her slowness and treated her as if she was the only patient he had that day. He showed her the results and explained everything in detail as to what was going on with her eyes. The whole experience for her was a real confidence booster, so a big thank you to him and to let him know how much he was appreciated.
