Anything else?
Thursday last, the 10th. October 2013, I accompanied my wife, Mary, to the Cardiology Unit, for her appointment with the Consultant Cardiologist. Her appointment was scheduled for 1000hrs. We arrived at the Unit's reception desk at 0945 hrs. and was seen promptly, by extremely pleasant and helpful Staff. My wife was called almost immediately (1000 hrs.) for an ECG . Then at 1020 hrs. for an echocardiograph. Following this she returned to the waiting room, (at 1040hrs.) and even before she could sit down, was called in to see the Consultant, who had all the information from the recent tests up on his computer screen. By 1100hrs. my wife was leaving the Unit. My reason for including the times in my review is to show what a competent, slick, efficient and satisfactory service my wife received. A view I expressed to the Staff on leaving. A truly positive and impressive experience. Thank you, to All. Colin
"A Big Thank you."
