What I liked

what can i say. i am a 41 year old woman with 2 children. i discovered a lump in my right breast less than 4 weeks ago. i was put in touch by my gp to see the consultant. she dealt with me from the start and made me feel i was the only woman with cancer. she was the most wonderfull woman i have ever met, that is saying something.from the minute she spoke i knew i was in good hands. to cut a long story story short, i went down to theartre, the consultant sat on my bed and held my hand untill i fell asleep.she reasured me all was going to be good, by christ she was right. i woke from the opperation and felt fantastic. i even spoke to my partner 10 minutes after getting back to my room, even he was amazed. as for the staff i cant fault them in anyway shape or form. a very big thank you to them. ive only just had my mastectomy and got a bit to go with other treatments, if anyone has miss saad as their consultant, i would say to them, do not worry, she is the best, tells you in black and white, straight as they come! bloody good person all round.a big thank you to her and her staff. cant wait to meet her again!!!!! if your in her hands then god comes a poor second. i was a bit frightened of looking down where my breast should of been, im a a small chested girl, only a 34a, but the way she performed the operation and the way she has stitched me, the initial look was amazing to see, i was expecting to see something out of a horror movie, how wrong can you get. my partner didnt want to see until tonight. i could tell he was unsure when i took my top off, he couldnt believe how neat it was. so, avery big thank you to the consultant and her staff for everything that they have done for me up until now. cant thank you enough.

Thank you for your supporting words which we have passed to Miss Saad and the breast care team.
