Absolutely dreadful place. Waiting in corridors because no beds available. Then not seen by doctors for hours. No proper communication - no call buttons available to call the staff when in need despite being bedbound. Not enough staff, particularly during the night. Made to feel like an inconvenience by some staff. Then after diagnosis long wait again to be moved out of AAU to another department. Also phone not answered so relatives not able to communicate with hospital regarding patients.
