I had an appoitment today thursday 10 october with a specialist M.S. nurse I would just like to say this hospital is the best hospital I have attended and( I have attended a few) all staff at all levels are alway polite courteous and very helpful it is a pleasure to go Some days you feel down and I go into outpatients and everyone you meet talks to you so that makes me smiles I am delight with my treatment The nurse is so helpful in every way she alway listens to every thing you say and understands that every one with MS is different she is a wonderful person and Nurse and all the staff who work along side her are alway helpful and polite and you always know if you need her she is always at the end of a phone You never have to wait long for your appointment and you always get straight in to see her. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank to all members of staff at sunderland Royal
